Government of Pakistan has decided to block mobile phone service in Twin Cities including federal capital Islamabad and neighbouring Rawalpindi.
Security Situation:
To handle the security situations, Rawalpindi and Islamabad has also sealed by using Trucks and containers at entrance points. Section-144 has also imposed in Rawalpindi from last day i.e. Sunday, June 22, 2014. No one is allowed to go towards Airport, except those Passengers having Airline tickets.
Tahir-Ul-Qadri Arrival:
Tahir-Ul-Qadri is expected to arrive on 7:30 AM at Islamabad International Airport in Rawalpindi (via Fligh No. EK-612).
Mobile Phone Service Blockage:
Mobile Phone service will be blocked from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in almost all areas of Rawalpindi and Islabamad on Monday, June 23, 2014.
Mobile Phone Service blocked in Lahore:
Mobile Phone service is also blocked in Lahore and its surroundings including Allama Iqbal International Airport.
