Telenor Pakistan to Increase Service Fee on Account Recharge by 3%

Telenor Pakistan has decided to increase the service charges on all prepaid account recharge via cards and easy-load. Telenor has announced this through print media advertisements.

These new increased service charges on Telenor account recharge will be applied from 2nd of July, 2013 and onwards.

Telenor's Message: Dear customer from 2nd July 2013, prepaid service fee on recharge would be increased by 3%. Please note that apart from service fee no other additional fee would be charged on recharge.

Telenor Talkshawk Daily Mobile Internet Package at Rs. 1.5 Per MB

Talenor has announced its latest daily mobile internet package for its Talkshawk subscribers. This is a daily subscription based package which offers mobile internet for Pak Rs. 1.5 per MB.

Telenor Talkshawk subscribers can now use internet all day on low and simple rates. Simply dial *915# to subscribe to the offer in Rs. 1 and use internet throughout the day on a basic charge of Rs. 1.5 per MB.

Telenor to charge walk-in customer on selected S&SCs from 12th Sep 2011

Telenor Pakistan has announced to change or apply charges to the walk-in customers on selected Sales and Service Centers from 12th of september 2011.

Earlier we had reported about the additional charges on recharge amount known as admin fee and now this.

How to open "easypaisa" mobile account

Easypaisa Mobile Accounts are actual bank accounts and work just like a normal bank account. This Branchless Banking services is offered by Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited in collaboration with Telenor Pakistan.

Any person with a Telenor SIM who wants to have instant access to a Bank Account from their mobile phone can use Easypaisa Mobile Account.

In order to register / apply for the Service, You must have a valid and non-fraudulent CNIC and have a copy of it at the time of registration.

Telenor to remove Admin Fee of 1.5% from 16th August

Telenor Pakistan to remove Admin Fee of 1.5% on prepaid usage from 16th August. Earlier Telenor had announced the deduction of 1.5% Admin Fee on all recharges (Scratch Card / EasyLoad) from July 2011.

Instead of the admin fee for prepaid customers, the 5% service fee shall be increased to 6.5%.

Ufone, Mobilink & Telenor to charge Additional amount on Recharge

Following Ufone and Mobilink, now Telenor has announced to deduct 1.5% Admin Fee on all recharges (Scratch Card / EasyLoad) from July 2011.

All these new charges are in addition to 5 percent service charges on all reloads.

Messages that are being sent to Customers:
