PTCL has launched a long awaited web self service for its customers. The service is named as "myPTCL". PTCL customers can now manage subscribed services via myPTCL.
This web based online self care service will facilitate all customers including land line, Vfone, 3G EVO wireless, Smart TV, Broadband DSL, Internet, Business and Corporate customers.
Customers can get helping material, how-to-do videos, tutorials, online billing and complaint registration on myPTCL portal.
Customers can access myPTCL portal via this link: my.ptcl.net.pk
Customers can also apply for new services and products on this portal and can also avail live chat facility with PTCL customer care staff.
PTCL should offer Broadband DSL usage details and PTCL EVO usage history on this portal.
