Ufone, Mobilink, Zong and Telenor Won 3G Licenses

PTA has announced the results right now for the 4G and 3G spectrum auction in Pakistan held at Marriott Hotel Islamabad on 23-April-2014.

According to the results, announced by the chairman PTA, Ufone, Mobilink, Zong and Telenor have successfully won 3G licenses in Pakistan.

Warid haven't participated in 4G / 3G auction in Pakistan.

Here are the details of the 3G frequency spectrum auction results:

3G License Winners:

Mobilink has won 10-Mhz block on 2100-Mhz band.

Telenor has won 5-Mhz block on 2100-Mhz band.

Ufone has won 5-Mhz block on 2100-Mhz band.

Zong has won 10-Mhz block on 2100-Mhz band.

4G License Winner:

Zong has also won 10-MHz block on 2100-MHz band.
