Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced a new SMS based E-Ticket service to facilitate the voters for General Elections 2013.Through ECP E-Ticket service voters can inquire about their constituency and details of polling stations by sending an SMS on 8300.
Pakistani voters can send their Computerized National Identity Card number on 8300 and in reply‚ the Election Commission automated computerized system will send them information including block code, vote number, constituency number and place of poling station.
This new service will save the time of voters.
