Telenor Web Self Service

Telenor Pakistan launches a Unique service Web Self Service or simply WSS to faciliates its coustomers.

Coustomers can view their account profiles online after registering their Telenor Numbers at wss page.
  • Can change /edit their personal information Such as address, Friend & Family (Fnf) Numbers.
  • Update their details
  • View Call Details
  • Choose / edit Services
  • Even can change their Package Plan
  • Activate / De-activates Services
  • View price plans
  • Can View their Balance
The Service is for both Telenor Prepaid (Talkshawk and Djuice) and Telenor Postpaid (Persona) customers.
There are no subscription charges or any other hidden charges.
