To stop SPAM text messages (SMS), PTA ordered all cellular operators including Ufone, Telenor, Mobilink, Warid and Zong to block SMS of those people who send 200 text messages in 15 Minutes.
Several mobile phone users are reporting that their short messaging service is blocked by PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority), and they are searching the ways to restore their SMS.

Dear my messages sending fail when I cal telenor helpline he tell me the reason is that i am sending the msg above 200 within 15 min. therefore you blocked my msg facility, so please open it because at that time I can't know your policies but know I now so please open it.
How to Restore Outgoing SMS ?
This is a standard way to restore your SMS service.
You can now get your outgoing SMS facility unblocked by PTA by submitting an application form to PTA along with your CNIC. Follow these simple steps:
- Download this form (PTA SMS Affidavit)
- Fill in with required info
- Send to PTA with a copy of your CNIC
If your (SMS) messaging service is blocked for sending more than 200 text messages in 15 minutes then you can get your messaging service reopened by submitting an affidavit to PTA. If you violates the policy again, your messaging service will be blocked permanently.
