Mobilink E-CARE: Web Self Service by Mobilink

Mobilink has introduced a long-awaited service for its customers. Mobilink now brings online web self service. It is a good news for Mobilink Prepaid and Postpaid customers.

Mobilink named its web self service as Mobilink E-CARE. It is a useful service because now customers can track their mobile usage, view their recharge history, account details and check their free minutes and SMS online.

Mobilink E-Care Portal:

• Mobilink customers can access Mobilink E-Care Portal via https://ecare.mobilinkgsm.com/

• In order to register for the portal, you must enter your Jazz / Jazba number with a valid email address.

• First you will receive a PIN code on your mobile, and you will be redirected to PIN verification page.

• Enter the PIN to complete registration process.

• You will receive an email on the provided email address with password (If you don't receive email, please check your junk folder or add custcare@ecare.mobilinkgsm.com in your contact list).

• Enter you Jazz / Jazba number with password to login into the portal.

1. Register your Number
2. Receive confirmation code on your phone
3. Receive password via E-Mail
4. Log-in to avail this service

This service is absolutely free and is available for all Mobilink customers including Jazz, Jazba and Indigo.
