Now with Notify Me, Ufone's prepaid and postpaid customers will always know when their desired contact is within reach.
When they make a call to any of their Ufone number contacts and finds it turned off or out of reach, Notify Me will send them a notification as soon as the number they are trying to reach is back on or is within reach.
To avail this super beneficial service, simply dial *6767#, for just Rs.2.5+tax per week for prepaid and Rs.10+tax per month for Postpay.
Service Details:
Mechanism:
- User can activate notify me service by dialing *6767# or *6767*[B-party’s number]#
- Once subscribed, users will have to add B party’s number to their list and make a call the B party number, to get notification regarding B Party’s status.
- Once B party is added in subscriber’s list they will receive a notification that they have been added in A Party’ list.
- User can use Notify me service or manage white or black list through 6767 IVR or 6868(SMS) as well.
- Prepaid: Service charges are Rs.2.5+tax/week
- Postpaid: Service charges are Rs.10+tax/Month
- Call to IVR 6767 Rs.0.50 per minute + Tax
- SMS Charges to Short Code 6868 Rs.0.10 +Tax per SMS
- Notify Me Service will only work when B-party is an on-net subscriber
- Notify Me Service will only work when B-party’s number is present in A-party whitelist
- In case of every missed call, Notify Me Service will check whether B-party has turned on the Privacy feature (blacklist)
- User will not get a notification of B party’s availability if B party has added A party’s number in blacklist
- Blacklist feature is available to all Ufone base even if they are not subscribed to Notify Me service
- Subscription is not required to use blacklist feature in order to stop notifying A party regarding availability
- Availability notification is delivered via SMS.
- Whitelist features can only be utilized by Notify Me subscribers
- Service is available for both PrePaid & Postpaid users
- Request for availability status will expire after 72 hours if B party does not come online
- User can maintain 20 Whitelist and Blacklist numbers each
- Users can at any time SMS “HELP” to 6868 to get details regarding different features
