Nano SIM in Pakistan by Ufone & Mobilink

As the iPhone-5 has started landing in Pakistan so the telecom operators are welcoming iPhone-5 by introducing nano sims in market.

Recently mobilink has announced the provision of GSM Nano SIMs in Pakistan. Now Ufone is offering Nano SIMs to its customers.

Ufone is claiming that their Nano Sim is 3G Ready means if, in future, Ufone goes for 3G then these sims will work with 3G network. If you observe the sim card jacket then you would find "3G Ready 64kb Java SIM" printed on it.

iPhone 5 runs on a special custom built smaller sized SIM, the Nano SIM, that you must have to use your new iPhone 5.

Mobilink customers will soon be able to simply walk into a customer care center and get their standard SIM replaced with the new nano-SIM. However the NANO SIMs from Ufone are available in the following Ufone Service Centers.

• Karachi: Building no:2, Block no:3, Survey sheet no:35/P1, Muslim Servants Government Primary School, Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Shaheed e Millat Road, Karachi.

• Lahore: Ufone Service Center, 15-S, Gulberg 2, Lahore.

Price of Nano SIM:

• Ufone will sold the Nano SIMs at the price of regular SIMs that is RS. 100 per SIM.

How to convert a to nano sim ?

• You can convert sim of any network including Telenor, Zong and Warid just by carefully cutting it in the size of nano sim.

Now iPhone-5 users in Pakistan will able to use it on Pakistani Cellular Networks.
