This new facility would be in addition to PTCL Online Bill Payment Facility and already existing 100 + bill collection points, operating through various one stop shops, walk in centers/revenue offices of PTCL in various cities of the country.
It also gives them the liberty now to pay their bill anywhere in Pakistan. A customer of PTCL enjoying services at Lahore can pay his bill at Karachi or Islamabad or anywhere at the collection points. It also enables them to avoid late payment surcharge if they are visiting somewhere else from their home station.
